Important Shipping Information

Effective July 1, 2020, individual orders placed through PanGlobal's website with a Canadian destination address will be charged a variable shipping rate based on package weight and destination region. Shipping charges will be subject to GST/HST as defined by the delivery province. Individual orders with a destination address in the USA will be charged a shipping flat rate of C$40.
School, Bookstore or Business Orders (with approved credit accounts) will be required to provide Customer “courier account information” prior to shipping, or actual shipping costs will be charged on Customer Invoice. To ensure secure & timely delivery, all shipments will require a signature upon receipt.
NOTE: International Deliveries (outside of Canada or USA) are not eligible for the flat rate shipping fees above. Submit a ticket to confirm estimated shipping fees prior to placing an order, or a Cancellation Fee may apply per Return Policy.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
Standard shipping is by Ground (Canada Post or Purolator), and delivery timeframes are typically within 5-12 business days.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. To clarify charges for a faster delivery, call us Toll Free at 1-866-256-8193 and select Option 1 prior to placing an online order.
NOTE: International Delivery (outside of Canada or USA) time frames vary by destination. Estimated delivery time frames are provided prior to shipping and deliveries are expected within 30 days of shipping; however, external factors may impact these estimates.
Effective September 1, 2021, individual orders placed through PanGlobal's website with a shipping address within Alberta will have the option to select same-day curbside pickup.
Pickup Options & Timeframes
-Anyone selecting same-day pickup should be within reasonable driving distance of our Calgary location in order to complete order pickup:
Courier tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been processed & shipped. Tracking information can also be obtained by contacting logistics.
If an unsuccessful delivery occurs due to incorrect delivery information entered and submitted during the checkout process, the full shipping costs of any re-shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
